Searching for services

Type what you need in the search box at the top of any page, for example "wedding hall", "photographer" or a business name. Arabic spelling variants are found too ("قاعة" and "قاعه").

Three tabs

• Services and products: the services, products and packages businesses list, with their prices.
• Providers: the businesses themselves.
• Latest work: photos and videos businesses shared from their weddings and events.

Your words and your place stay the same when you switch tabs.

Filters and sorting

Narrow the results by category, governorate and city, budget (from – to, in the market's currency) and rating. Sort by Most suitable, Newest, Price or Best rated.

In the Gawazy app

The Search tab has the same three tabs. Type your words and press Search; the place chip under the tabs shows where you search (tap it to choose another governorate, or Everywhere). Swipe the category and sorting chips sideways. When nothing matches, the app offers the same wider searches as the website.

Sponsored results

Some businesses pay to appear first. Their results sit in a block marked Sponsored above the other results; everything below it is ordered only by how well it matches your search.

No results?

Gawazy suggests a wider search: all cities, all places, all categories or without the price and rating filters, each with the number of results you would get.
