Ratings and reviews
Rate a business from 1 to 5 stars, write a review, and how reviews are checked.

On a business page, open Reviews and press Rate and review. You need an account with a confirmed e-mail address.
- Give 1 to 5 stars and, if you like, a review of up to 100 words.
- Choose the branch you dealt with (optional).
- Add a private note to the provider (optional): only the business sees it.
You can rate each business once; you can edit or delete your review at any time.
In the app
At the bottom of a service, offer or the Reviews tab of a business, tap Rate and review: choose the stars, write your review and, if you like, a private note to the provider. Open the same button again to edit or delete it.
Checks
Reviews must be about a real experience. The Gawazy team checks the text before it becomes public; the stars count at once. A review reported by several people is hidden until a moderator decides. If your review is removed, you see the reason.
The business may write one public reply under your review. If it thinks your review breaks the rules, it can ask the Gawazy team to check it; the team decides, not the business.
