The Gawazy app
What the iPhone and Android app does, its four tabs, settings, offline use and deleting your account.
Updated October 24, 2026
The Gawazy app has everything you use on the website as a customer, in Arabic and English. Like the website, it never takes bookings or payments: you contact businesses directly.
The four tabs

- Home: search, your place, service families, featured services, offers, newest services and the businesses' stories.
- Search: services and products, providers and latest work, with your place, categories and sorting.
- Saved: All Saved and your collections. See Saved items and collections.
- Account: sign in, your chats, notifications, profile, password and devices, blocked people, help, Contact support (Mount Wolf's support page for all its apps), the Privacy policy, Terms and policies (all of Gawazy's rules, opened from the website) and settings.
The first time you open the app, three short screens explain it; tap Skip to go straight in. A few tips appear once, the first time you search and the first time you save.
Language, appearance and text size
The app follows your phone's language (Arabic for any language other than English) and its light or dark mode. Change either in Account → Settings; a new language restarts the app once. Larger text from your phone's settings is respected, and the app moves less when you turn on Reduce Motion.
Without internet
The app shows what it saved on your phone and says so at the top of the screen. Chat messages you send without a connection wait as "Sending…" and go out by themselves, once, when you are back online.
Your account in the app

Account → Profile changes your name; Password and devices changes your password and signs out other devices. Two-step verification is set up on the website. Account → Delete account deletes your account and personal data right away; see Privacy and deleting your account.
