Privacy and deleting your account
What Gawazy keeps about you, who sees it, and how to delete your account.
Updated October 24, 2026
Gawazy keeps only what it needs: your name, e-mail, optional phone, what you save, your chats and reviews. It never sells your data. Details are in the privacy policy.

Who sees what
- Businesses see your name and messages in a chat, and your phone only if you share it.
- Your reviews show your name; your saved items and collections are private unless you share a link.
- Gawazy staff do not read chats (Chat and inquiry cards).
Change your details
My account → Profile for your name and phone; Security for e-mail and password (Gawazy asks for your password again first). Signed-in devices lets you sign out a device or everywhere.
Delete your account
My account → Security → Delete account:
- your name, e-mail, phone and sign-in data are removed;
- your reviews stay, without your name ("Deleted user");
- businesses you own and their services are hidden.
This cannot be undone. Remaining personal data is removed within 30 days. Everything that happens, and how to ask for a copy of your data: your data rights and account deletion.
