Editing, pausing and review
Which changes go back to review, how pausing works, and how to read a rejection.
Updated October 16, 2026
What goes back to review

Changing the title, description, photos, price, type, category or category details of a published listing sends the change to the Gawazy team. Customers keep seeing the last approved version until the change is approved; the portal shows Your last changes are waiting for review.
Other changes (areas, the listing's phone, branches and local prices) apply at once.
Pause and resume
Pause hides a listing from visitors at once, for example when you are fully booked. Resume shows it again without review. Edits made while paused still wait for review.
When something is not accepted
You always see the reason (Why it was not accepted). Fix it and send it again. Common reasons: photos that are not yours or show other businesses' logos, phone numbers or links inside photos and descriptions, prices that are not real, or the wrong category.
