Photos, videos and your storage

Photo and video limits, the business storage quota and what happens when it is full.

Photos

  • JPEG, PNG, HEIC or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
  • Gawazy removes location data (GPS) from photos and stores them up to 2,000 pixels wide.
  • Use your own photos of your own work. When you publish, you confirm you own them or have permission.

Videos

Videos in posts and stories can be up to 30 seconds and 30 MB before processing; Gawazy converts them for phones.

Storage

Each business has one storage quota for everything: all branches, listings, posts, stories and offers. The free quota is 50 MB of stored files. The meter in the portal shows how much is used.

The storage meter

  • At 90 % you get a notice.
  • When it is full, new uploads are refused until you delete photos or videos you no longer need. Text (chats, descriptions) is never blocked.

Paid storage plans will come later and will be bought on the website only.
