Pausing or closing your business
Hide your business for a while, or close it for good, and what happens to paid terms and chats.

Open My business → Pause or close this business.
Pause
Pause hides the business and everything it shows at once, for example during a long break. Resume shows it again; no review is needed. Your other businesses are not affected.
Close
Only the owner can close a business. Read the warning, confirm with your password and choose when:
- Now, or
- At the end of the paid terms that are running.
Closing hides the business for good. Paid Gawazy terms stop when it closes, without an automatic refund. Old chats stay as history for the customers. Keep the business open cancels a scheduled closure.
