Promotions and storage plans

Under Promotions & storage in the portal you see what Gawazy sells and its prices in your market. Only the owner and managers of a business can buy. Purchases are made on the gawazy.com website only, never inside the apps.

What you can buy

Display: website only, apps only or website and apps (each has its own places; both together cost more). Durations for promotions are 7, 14 (recommended) or 30 days, starting at midnight Cairo time.

A storage plan buys space only: it never changes your place in search. Plans never renew or charge by themselves. A new plan bought before the current one ends starts when the current one ends, so no paid day is lost. You get a notice 7 days and 1 day before the end, on the last day and during 30 days of grace; nothing you published is deleted when a plan ends, only new uploads above the free space stop.

Buying

1. Choose a product, then the display, duration, first day and (for boosts) the service or offer and an optional place or category. For a banner, upload an image in the shape shown.
2. Press See the price. Gawazy calculates the price, any discount, VAT and the total; nothing you type can change the price.
3. Read the purchase terms, tick that you accept them and press Order. Your place is held for 30 minutes (3 days when you pay by transfer).
4. Pay by card (a secure PayTabs page, Gawazy never sees your card), by bank transfer or InstaPay. For a transfer, send exactly the amount shown, write the order reference in the transfer and then enter your transfer's reference. Gawazy activates the order once the money has arrived.

If the dates are sold out, choose other dates, another place or another display.

After paying

The order page shows the status, the dates and your receipts, which you can print. If a promotion is not shown because of a Gawazy fault, you get your money back in full. Pausing or closing your business yourself stops your promotions without refunding the remaining time; the closing screen lists everything still paid first. See Pause or close a business.
