Signing up and approval
Create a business account, send your business for review, and what happens if the team asks for changes.

Create the account
- Choose Create account and pick A service provider.
- Enter your name, e-mail, a password of at least 10 characters and the contact number customers will call or WhatsApp.
- Confirm your e-mail with the 6-digit code or the link we send.
A customer account cannot list services: use another e-mail address for your business account.
Send your business for review
In My business, fill in the name (Arabic required, English optional), the main service, a description, contacts and the main location, then press Send for review. While you wait, you can already prepare your listings.
The decision
The Gawazy team reviews every new business, usually within one working day:
- Approved: your business and your published services become visible.
- Changes needed: the message says what to change. Fix it and press Send for review again.
- Not approved: the reason is shown; contact support if you disagree.
Gawazy does not ask for national ID or business papers at launch, but businesses that break the rules can be suspended.
