Create an account

1. Choose Sign in at the top of any page, then Create an account.
2. Enter your name, e-mail address and a password of at least 10 characters, and confirm you are 18 or older.
3. We send you an e-mail with a 6-digit code (valid for one hour) and a link (valid for 24 hours). Enter the code or open the link.

You can also continue with Google or Apple; then no code is needed. A phone number is optional for customers.

Sign in

Use your e-mail and password, or the same Google or Apple account you used before. After 5 wrong passwords Gawazy waits a little longer before each new try.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The link we e-mail you works once, for 30 minutes.

In the Gawazy app

Open the Account tab and choose Sign in or Create account: the steps are the same as on the website, and the code from the e-mail goes in the app's Enter the code screen. On iPhone, Continue with Apple appears next to the e-mail form. The app keeps you signed in safely on your phone (in its secure storage); Sign out in the Account tab ends the session on that phone.

The language and the appearance (light or dark) follow your phone; change them in Account → Settings. Changing the language restarts the app once. Without internet the app shows what it saved on your phone and tells you so at the top of the screen.

Extra protection

Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app in My account → Security. Keep the 10 recovery codes somewhere safe: each works once if you lose your phone.
